Hubei Zhuming Biotechnology Co., Ltd

Zhuming is a key construction project in Hubei Province, located in Hubei, which is known as the “thoroughfare of nine provinces” and is also the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in the daily chemical and biological industry. It covers a total area of 257 acres, with a building area of 300,000 square meters, and a total investment of 1.05 billion RMB. The factory follows ISO 22716 (European Union GMPC) standards for cosmetics production. It has top-notch production equipment, a physicochemical laboratory with a sterile purification level of 100,000, a purification area for material weighing and storage, and a packaging workshop with a purification level of 100,000. It also has pollution-free and pharmaceutical food-grade stainless steel pot equipment. Moreover, it uses internationally advanced production equipment.

The production workshop is fully enclosed and equipped with an ozone disinfection system, enabling contactless and sterile operations. It has standard GMPC fire facilities and passages, secondary shoe changing rooms, secondary changing rooms, hand washing and disinfection rooms, air shower rooms, ozone rooms, bottle washing workshops, and more.

The workshop is equipped with advanced production equipment and provides a first-class production environment. It features a high cleanliness level air purification system and an ultraviolet and ozone disinfection system. The workshop also has automatic programmable vacuum emulsification equipment and fully automatic filling equipment, ensuring zero distance and sterile operation.
